Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Appify handles information in DogSpark.
Information and purposes
DogSpark does not require an account. Dog profiles, goals, safety preferences, session history and favourites are stored on the device. Adapty processes pseudonymous profile and purchase-access information when configured; Apple or Google handles payments. DogSpark does not receive payment card details. Optional configured Aptabase analytics uses a small set of product events and a random installation identifier; configured Sentry processes limited technical diagnostics. Dog names, health details, free-text feedback, advertising identifiers and precise location are excluded from these events. The landing does not add advertising or analytics scripts; hosting may process technical request logs.
Third-party services
- Adapty: Subscription access verification using pseudonymous profiles; IP address and advertising identifier collection are disabled in the adapter.
- Aptabase: Minimal product usage events when configured.
- Sentry: Limited crash diagnostics when configured; replay and tracing are disabled.
- Firebase Hosting: Static landing-page delivery and technical hosting operations.
Retention
Local app data remains until reset or removed through device/site-data controls. Static files may remain in browser caches. Provider transaction, diagnostic and hosting data follows the relevant provider retention settings and policies; no fixed retention period is promised here.
Deletion and choices
Use the profile reset action to remove the dog profile, local history and favourites. Device or browser site-data controls remove cached web data. Contact the shared privacy address for questions about provider-held data; never send payment card details or purchase tokens. Resetting local data does not cancel a store subscription. Manage subscriptions through the purchasing store.
Children
DogSpark is intended for dog care and training with adult supervision. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
