Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Appify handles information in Soft Cardio: Plus Size Fitness.

Information and purposes

Soft Cardio stores the profile details you enter, including optional name, age, approximate weight, movement capacity, preferences, saved plans and completion history on your device. With permission, heart rate, active calories and workout records remain in Apple Health or Health Connect and local app state. Allowlisted product events may be sent pseudonymously to PostHog and Aptabase; names, age, weight, selected body areas and health metrics are excluded. Sentry receives limited crash diagnostics with PII, screenshots, replay, tracing and free-form text disabled. Adapty processes the minimum store and entitlement data required for subscriptions. Local reminders do not use a push server.

Third-party services

• Adapty: Subscription offerings and entitlement validation
• PostHog: Allowlisted pseudonymous product analytics
• Aptabase: Limited app-opening and completion milestones
• Sentry: Limited crash reporting and stability diagnostics
• Apple Health: Optional health permissions, metrics and workout records on supported Apple devices
• Google Health Connect: Optional health permissions, metrics and workout records on supported Android devices

Retention

Local profile, plan and completion data remains on the device until the app data is cleared or the app is removed. Health records follow the retention controls of Apple Health or Health Connect. Analytics, crash and subscription providers retain limited service data under their own documented policies and contractual settings.

Deletion and choices

You can remove local Soft Cardio data by deleting the app or clearing its app data. Health permissions and workout records can be managed in Apple Health or Health Connect. For support with provider-side privacy requests, contact the privacy email shown on this page.

Children

Soft Cardio is designed for adults and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly create child profiles or use advertising identifiers.
